My name is Fabio Giuffrè, i was born and raised on Salina with deep family roots going back generations. I have been passionate about cooking from a very young age, and have become the natural heir and custodian of my family’s gastronomic heritage.
I have always had a romantic yet critical approach to tradition, my dishes provide a blend of nostalgia and creativeness.Simplicity is resolved complexity, the art of taking away rather than adding.
