The restaurant ‘Nni Lausta celebrates Aeolian tradition with a creative twist.The menu offers an almost autarchic cuisine, both in its seafood dishes and more ‘earthy’ compositions, which are lightly flavored without adding complications to the most elementary of pleasures.The setting to this gastronomic “scene” is the gorgeous roofed terrace on the first floor, surrounded by our lush garden and the scents of our homegrown herbs.
